Offered fully online, the MATC program is designed to meet the needs of working professionals. Students may complete the program on either a full-time or part-time basis and may choose between internship and thesis options. The program can be completed comfortably in four semesters of full-time study.

Throughout the program, students develop a substantial body of professional work that culminates in a graduation portfolio. This portfolio serves both as the program’s culminating requirement and as a professional portfolio that graduates can use as they pursue career opportunities.

Financial Aid Options

Texas State offers different funding options for completing the MATC program. Options include financial aid, scholarships, fellowships, and graduate assistantships.
