Your portfolio will be reviewed by the MATC Program faculty committee along with your other materials submitted to the Graduate College.
Professional LetterThe professional letter acts as your portfolio's formal introduction by providing background on its contents. You the letter as an opportunity to explain the reasons for creating the projects/writing samples. Give us an idea of why you wrote/designed the piece(s). If it was a collaboration, explain how you contributed to the overall project. |
Statement of PurposeThe statement of purpose is your opportunity to tell us who you are and what you hope to achieve with a Masters of Technical Communication. That essay helps the faculty get a sense of who you are and what to expect from you as a Master's student. |
