Biography

Scott A. Mogull, Ph.D., is a Professor of Technical Communication in the Department of English at Texas State University. He researches technical content marketing and the commercialization of technology. Dr. Mogull is also the Book Review Editor for the journal Technical Communication Quarterly, where he has been an editor since 2008. Prior to entering academia, Dr. Mogull worked for nearly a decade in the biotechnology and biodefense industry.
